This blog is mainly about wine making, beer brewing, and cheese making at home. I started making wine at home 10 years ago. At that time I believed that it would be impossible to make a decent wine by yourself. I thought that you would need a lot of knowledge and a degree in chemics.
But that is not the case at all. Making wine is very easy. With only a few tools and a little knowledge it is possible to produce a pretty good glass of wine.
And this is also valid for beer and cheese. You can start with simple cheeses and beer kits. You don’t need a lot of equipment and you can start with only a small investment to see if these hobbies are for you.
